Flowering Bonsai

My little boxwood bonsai keeps dropping all her leaves then growing them all again in a period of a week or two. I believe she is a flowering plant, but she seems to spend all her time dropping and growing tiny little dark green leaves. She never goes to the show, so busy is she dressing and undressing.
