Tula Sleeping

Born in the West, Claudia Moore is inspired by plants, animals and designs. Embroidery is close to her heart, reminding her of her Turkish grandmother. Each piece is carried with her while she works, a traveling meditation, keeping her in the moment and becoming a journey unto itself. She lives in California where the weather permits diverse plant communities, from which she finds endless inspiration.
