Who Is Lou Ming?
My eyesight’s rapidly fading but I’m not sure that what I’m hearing is any more reliable. After my electricity bill gave me a hardy tack, I keep hearing about the Lou Ming energy crisis and I wonder who is Lou Ming and why's his bill more important than mine?
